Instead, the community has had to come up with a series of trial-and-error workarounds (disabling high DPI scaling for the Steam app, setting a custom scaling factor, etc.) that work for some people and don't work for others.

Tragically and maddeningly, Steam has NEVER addressed or even acknowledged this issue. I have experienced both issues on the following games (all Unreal Engine): It works for some people and doesn't work for a lot of others, including me. All of them point to a small number of hacky workarounds, particularly disabling DPI. (2) In first-person games with mouselook, moving the mouse (particularly to the right) occasionally causes it to jump to a totally random viewing angle. As a result, many menu options are not selectable, as the mouse cursor needs to be at a different location on the screen to select it - and often, the logical coordinate is offscreen and cannot be reached. (1) The location where the in-game mouse cursor appears does not match the in-game coordinates. Does anyone have a suggestion for the following code to get the mouse position and set the mouse position? Thanks for your help.I've been a Remote Play / In-Home Streaming user for a long time, streaming from a Windows machine to a Mac. On OSX the cursor enters the OpenGLControl and the cursor disappears (it shouldn’t be disappearing) and the mouse no longer responds to movement. The declares work on Windows 10, but I must be missing something with declares on OSX (El Capitan 10.11.6 on Mac Mini with 16 GB Ram). I am trying to use declares on OSX to move a cursor position to the middle of the screen.
